RAP Would Like to Hear from You . . .
RAP is collecting letters about the quality of RIDE service.

If you are late for doctor’s appointments, work, meetings, or other activities, consider asking the person(s) inconvenienced by your late arrival to write a letter on official stationery stating how the lateness (or the pattern of lateness) affects her or his professional ability to deliver services, maintain workplace operations, organize meetings, or carry out any other activity. Please send letters to the address below. We would also be happy to receive such letters by e-mail to .

RAP is collecting stories (both good and bad!) from RIDE users.

If you are a RIDE user and have a gripe about or praise for THE RIDE we would welcome hearing from you. Please mail or e-mail your stories to one of the addresses below.

RAP is also collecting “constructive complaints” made about RIDE service.
